We endeavour to be thoughtful of the environment in all aspects of our lives. We recycle as much as we can and have our own compost heap and vegetable garden.

We buy and serve local produce suplemented by homemade and fair-trade produce wherever possible.

We try to conserve energy with energy saving light bulbs whenever possible and efficient use of heating and hot water, whilst maintaining the highest levels of comfort for our guests.
